I live in Moscow one year ago, and only have a little walks in Tsaritsino, Kolomenskoye and Park Kultury, but I have a book, "The Atlas of Bird of Moscow City and the Moscow Region", and I know what are better places to watch birds, but I dont want to go alone there.

How many time you have for birdwatching? Week-end only or some of business days too?

Hola Ramka, yes, I usually have days in the work days, but not always the same days. In this week, tomorrow and past tomorrow i have fre day, but some weekends I need to work half a day. I have a grafik so difficult (but not impossible) to spend two complete days in the field.
