Hi, I'm thinking about making a trip to Kamchatka this summer to climb Klyuchevskaya Sopka. We'll be doing some hiking around the volcanoes so won't be up on the mountains on the whole time. Any interesting birds to be seen in the area?
Also I may have a few days to spare in Petropavolvsk. Is it easy to go birding from there? Of course I'd particularly like to see Steller's Sea Eagles - can you see them from the boat tours of Avacha Bay?
