LA4431,34,36 & 38 were 1st calendar year, others were adults(2nd year or older)..

Important is that the last digit is not 0 because LA 4431-LA 4439 are ringed on the same day on the same place.

To me it looks as 5 or 9 ..

These are all Black-headed gulls, Larus ridibundus, ringed on November 26th 2006 on Jakusevec rubbish dump, Zagreb, Croatia,   45.50N 16.05E, some 2083 km from where it was found.

Is this reported to Russian ringing scheme? who will I write as finder(author of the photo)?
